Our simple 7-step method helps outline every aspect of the project process from initial consultation to finished product and beyond. Our team walks with you every step of the way and helps ensure that your project is completed on time, on budget, and with your needs and dreams in mind.
Step 1
No-Obligation First Meeting
At no cost to you, we meet at your home to discuss your wish list, budget, and style. We take measurements and photos. Back in the office our in-house design team begins creating initial design concepts.
Step 2
Design and Proposal
We develop preliminary blueprints, 3D renderings, and sometimes a video walkthrough. Cost-effective options and various layouts are explored and a detailed proposal is prepared.
Step 3
Presentation Meeting
At our office, we present the designs and selections carefully chosen for you. The proposal is reviewed in depth and adjustments are made. A signed contract and down payment start the project and permit process.
Step 4
Finishes and Selections
We have your best interests in mind as we visit showrooms together and guide you through choosing fixtures, cabinets, hardware, countertops, flooring, and more. Industry experts educate and show you their products and latest trends while combining your aesthetic with our advice.
Step 5
Construction
A timeline is provided as well as direct connection to your On-Site Supervisor who manages subcontractors, quality control, and answers your concerns. We prioritize respect for your home and daily routine throughout construction.
Step 6
Post Project
We don’t believe in rushing a project just to move onto a new one. A final walk-through ensures your satisfaction and we continue to provide ongoing support after completion. We strive to deliver exceptional results before, during and after your project.
Step 7
Post Project
We don’t believe in rushing to get a project finished in order to move onto a new one. We want the final product to be one that both customers and contractors can be proud of. We do a final walk-through with you once construction is complete to address any concerns you may have and confirm everything is completed. We believe in delivering a well-built quality project, but if for some reason there’s a need for service, we’ll be there to make it right for you. Even after the final walkthrough, you’re welcome to reach out to our team with any questions, follow-ups, or other needs that we can help with.
