Whole Home Renovations: Create A Space You Love to Live In

Your home should fit the way you live. Pinnacle Design-Build Remodeling helps homeowners throughout Lancaster, Chester, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York counties create comfortable, functional spaces that make sense for their everyday lives. From the first idea to the final details, we bring the whole home together with a renovation plan built around you.

What Is a Whole Home Renovation, and Is It Right for You?

A whole home renovation is about more than updating one room. It looks at your house as a whole, making sure the layout, function, and style work together.
Maybe your kitchen feels cut off from the rest of the house. Maybe your current layout no longer works for your family. Or maybe your taste has changed over the years. A whole home renovation gives you the chance to tackle these issues together instead of remodeling one room at a time without a bigger plan.
This can be a great option if you want to start fresh, prepare your home for the future, or simply make the space feel more connected. You don’t need to have every detail figured out before you begin. You just need a remodeling team that can take your ideas and turn them into a plan that works for your home.

Our Home Renovation Process

A whole home renovation is a big project, but you don’t have to figure it all out at once. Pinnacle Design-Build Remodeling’s seven-step design-build process gives you a clear path from your first meeting to the final walk-through.

1. Let's Talk About Your Home

We begin with a free, no-obligation visit to your home. We’ll talk about what you want to change, what isn’t working, and the look you’re going for. We’ll also take measurements and photos so our design team can start putting ideas together.

2. See What Your Home Could Look Like

Next, we’ll develop preliminary plans and 3D renderings to help you picture the finished space. When useful, we can also provide a video walkthrough. We’ll work through layout ideas and options before creating your detailed proposal.

3. Review the Plan Together

We’ll sit down with you to go over the designs, materials, and project proposal. This is your chance to ask questions and make changes before moving forward. Once the contract is signed and your down payment is made, we’ll begin the project and permit process.

4. Make the Fun Decisions

Now it’s time to choose the details that make the space yours. From flooring and cabinets to lighting, fixtures, and other finishes, we’ll help you make selections that look good together throughout your home.

5. Watch Your Renovation Take Shape

Once construction starts, your On-Site Supervisor will oversee the work and keep you updated. You’ll have a direct point of contact who can answer questions and help keep everything moving.

6. Walk Through Your New Space

When the work is finished, we’ll walk through the home with you. We’ll look at the completed work, answer any last questions, and make sure everything is finished the way you expected.

7. We're Still Here Afterward

Finishing the renovation doesn’t mean we’re out of the picture. If you have questions or need help after the project is complete, you can still reach out to our team.
